The winners of the seventh edition of 5StarWines – Vinitaly International Wine Guide 2023 have been announced after three days of blind tastings by an accredited international jury. Col Sandago has achieved outstanding results and scores for some of its most representative wines.

The Guide recognizes and rewards the quality of wines and wineries through the objective judgment of an international panel of experts, including Masters of Wine, Master Sommeliers, journalists, oenologists, Italian Wine Experts and Ambassadors of the Vinitaly International Academy, from diverse origins, specializations and backgrounds. In total, 2,269 wines took part in one of the most prestigious selections on the Italian wine calendar, among these, only wines with a score of at least 90/100 are included in the guide, titled 5StarWines – the Book, together with a dedicated tasting note.

For Col Sandago, as many as four wines have been recognized as an authentic expression of their area of origin: the D.O.C.G. of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore. We are talking about Costa dei Falchi Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Rive di Collalto Extra Brut, awarded with 92 points; Case Bianche Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry, awarded with 92 points; Undici Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Rive di Collalto Dry, awarded with 90 points, and Vigna del Cuc Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut, awarded with 90 points.
