DENOMINATION: Quality sparkling wine Brut.
GRAPES/VINES: white grape varieties.
WINEMAKING: soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation.
SECONDARY FERMENTATION: refermentation in an autoclave for a minimum of 60 days at a constant temperature of 16-18°C. This is followed by filtration and cold stabilization.
BOTTLING: at isobaric pressure, after sterile filtration of the sparkling wine.
APPEARANCE: brilliant with fine and persistent foam emission.
COLOUR: bright yellow
SCENT: pleasant, typically fruity.
TASTE: soft, harmonious and persistent.
PAIRINGS: excellent as an aperitif and for the whole meal.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°C.
