Costa dei Falchi’s attitude is to show its bright straw-yellow color in the glass, developing a fine and persistent foam.

On the nose, it releases complex aromas, with fruity and flowery notes.

Artistic influences
Origins of the name
“Costa dei Falchi” was named after the area extending from the terraces of the center of the group of Case Bianche towards the Rocchetta to the north. In that area, the terraced and stretched hills are locally known as “coste”. The hill falls into a cliff, thus creating anabatic winds, that are ideal for flight and nesting of buzzards and hawks: here is the origin of the name.

The bottle of "Costa dei Falchi" recalls the shapes of Prospettiva 1, a work of art created by Martino Zanetti in 1996, the same year when he acquired the property.Characteristics
